Packing Pixie should be notified within 7 days, and goods should be returned in a resalable condition within 14 days of receipt. Packing Pixie will not be liable for any costs incurred when returning goods. Refunds will be made with a reasonable adjustment for costs.

All orders received and paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
