If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Jenny's Jewellery Box, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.
Return postage is payable by the customer (except in the case of damaged or faulty items), and returns are sent at the customer's own risk (postal insurance is strongly advised, as items can go missing in the post).
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please feel free to contact me if there's anything you're not sure about!
A 16" temporary string of howlite beads - approximately 100 beads.
The beads have a diameter of 4 mm. They are opaque white, and many are mottled with grey.
Payment should be within 10 days of purchase, by PayPal, personal cheque or postal order. I will post straight away once payment is received (or cleared, in the case of cheques). Feel free to email me if you have your eye on a few items, I can always hold off on invoicing until you've finished shopping.
It's best to email me before paying if you're buying several items, that way I can send a combined invoice and you won't be overcharged for P&P!
UK Postage Purchases totalling less than £30 - I charge 99p P&P for the first item (regardless of weight), plus 15p for each additional item. P&P for 12 items or more in the same transaction will be charged at a flat fee of £2.50! Items are sent by ordinary 1st Class post, but I will happily upgrade to Recorded Delivery if you pay 68p extra (or Special Delivery for £3.50 extra).

Payment from customers outside the UK will be accepted via PayPal only. See below for the rates for your country.... Purchases totalling less than £30 Europe - P&P is £1.50 for the first item, plus 20p for each additional item. Goods will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail, unless you select the 'International Signed For' option (see below). North & South America, Asia, Australia - P&P is £2.00 for the first item, plus 20p for each additional item. Goods will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail, unless you select the 'International Signed For' option (see below).
