UK Postage |
Our preferred service for packages less than 1.5kg is Royal Mail 1st Class. Items that weigh 1.5kg or more will be dispatched via Post Office Standard Parcels. Royal mail special delivery is available for packages up 2KG. Other services maybe available. Please enquire for details as on combined purchases we can often send using a courier service and therefore we are able to offer bigger P&P discounts on larger orders. |

Dispatch |
Orders paid for before 2PM are usually dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri). In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will notify you with the option of cancellation and a full refund. |

Non Delivery |
We always retain proof of postage.
In the VERY unlikely event of non delivery, we will pursue the claim.
On receipt of compensation we will either send a replacement or refund all your money including P&P. This process can take 2-3 weeks and is out of our control, so please be patient. |
Receipt |
On signed for services - unless you have time and are happy to delay the courier - it is prudent to sign as unchecked/damaged. |
Faulty Goods |
All new goods are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of dispatch (unless otherwise stated). The purchaser is responsible for all postage costs incurred with a warranty claim.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer, failure to follow the manufacturer´s instructions, or any unsolicited alterations or repairs.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty you should email us within 14 days of discovery of the damage or defect. If we cannot repair or replace the product we will refund a reasonable portion of the original purchase cost.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
Refunds |
If, within 7 workings days of receipt, an item is found unsuitable
or unwanted, you may contact us to arrange to return it. Items returned after 7 days of receipt will be subject
to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Return postage will only be refunded for non auction items returned in an unused state where
a genuine reason for its return is given. Goods are not sold on a trial basis and we
reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe this policy is being abused.
Postage refunds will be based on the Royal Mail's Lowest applicable price.

Goods sent in error |
In the unlikely event of us sending you the wrong item please contact us to arrange for the items return. On receipt of the wrong item and subject to verification we will despatch the correct item and refund your return postage. Postage refunds will be based on the Royal Mails Lowest applicable fee. |
Damaged in Transit |
We take great care in packaging items prior to dispatched. We also, where reasonably possible, inspect each item for any visible damage prior to packaging. In the unlikely situation of an item being damaged in transit - the dispute is between the purchaser and the service provider, we will assist the purchaser in their claim for compensation from the service provider. In order for a claim to be successful you must retain all packaging materials and the damaged item. Please do not return damaged items to us as this will incur an additional non refundable postage cost. In the event of you receiving an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us so that we can help you claim for compensation.

Returns Procedure |
Please ensure you have contacted us before returning an item.
Items MUST be returned unused, complete and in original packaging with all applicable documentation. We reserve the right to charge for items not returned in a suitable state. At our discretion we may arrange to pick the item up - this applies in particular to heavy bulky items as we have negotiated reduced rates with various couriers. |
Incomplete orders |
Subject to verification, missing items will be dispatched as soon as possible at no charge to you. |
Dead On Arrivals |
Where reasonably possible, we inspect each item for any visible damage prior to
packaging. In the unlikely event of you receiving, from us, a DOA or a Faulty item,
please notify us within 2 working days, so arrangement can be made for the items return.
On receipt of the DOA/Faulty item, we will despatch a replacement. We may refund
your return postage cost up to a maximum of 5GBP, subject to verification of the
DOA/faulty item. Postage refunds will be based on the Royal Mail's Lowest applicable price. |

We are Power sellers and uphold all of eBay rules.

Local Collections |
- Collection of an item from one of our premises is
by PRIOR arrangement ONLY
- Between the hours of 5PM and 6PM
on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
- no exceptions
- A handling fee of 5% with be charged
subject to a minimum fee of £2 + £1 for each addtional item.
We do not hold any stock at our registered eBay address. |
Local Deliveries |
At our discretion we may offer to personally deliver large or heavy items within the SL6 area. A small charge will be made for this service (Which will be less than the equivalent P&P) |
