THE SIGN MUST:-

-be the equivalent of A5 in area(148mm by210mm).
-display the international no-smoking symbol in colour, a minimum of 70 mm. in diameter.
-carry the following words in character that can be easily read
"No smoking.
It is against the law
to smoke in this
restaurant."

FINES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

FINES UP TO £1000 FAILING TO DISPLAY THE CORRECT SIGNAGE.
FINES UP TO £2500 FOR FAILING TO PREVENT SMOKING IN A SMOKE-FREE PLACE.
