Items will only be eligible for a refund (excluding all postage and packaging costs) providing the following conditions are met:
1. The buyer must notify us of any problem with their purchase within 3 days of receipt.
2. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt in new condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
3. The buyer is responsible for all return post and packaging costs (including insurance where necessary).
4. Buyers must ensure that all returns are properly re-packaged and that they obtain a proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
5. Please include reasons for return, name, address and email details.
6. Refunds will not be given until the return has been received and inspected by us.
