You may have x3 BCI 11 Colour + x3 BCI10 Black or x3 BCI 11 Black (The blacks can be mixed but you can have only 3 Blacks, for example. x2 BCI-10 & x1 BCI 11 Black). If for any reason your products is faulty then please get in touch and we will replace the item once it has been returned to us also covering your postage costs for returning the faulty item to us.
