We make every effort to deliver the goods safety and in good condition but in the event of damage please notify us by telephone on : 01234 857718 or E-mail so we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

All goods are sent by your chosen method, 2nd class unrecorded we will supply proof of posting only and we cannot gaurantee delivery once it leaves Kiddygifts. Recorded delivery we can track and the goods must be signed for at the point of delivery.

All goods sent by our couriers will be on a 2-3 day service unless otherwise requested at extra cost to the buyer and must be signed for.

Goods sent overseas will travel surface mail at the buyers risk unless otherwise requested.

In the event of a faulty product we will be happy to fully refund or exchange the product subject to our inspection within 30 days.
