We always check items before despatch, although I pack the items well, some may get damaged in transit, if this is the case please email me before you return the item.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about the item you have purchased, Please return the item in the original or adequate packaging, I will upon inspection refund the item less any postage costs. Please email me before returning.
Due to hygiene reasons Earrings and Body Jewellery cannot be returned unless it is damaged.
