Customer service & return policy
Lost in post items
Returns accepted if notified within 7 working days of delivery. In order to process your refund efficiently, I will send a returns form by return email which should be completed and returned with the item. Your purchase should then be received by me within 14 working days from date of receipt. As soon as item has been received, in the condition it was dispatched, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be paid using the original payment method.
Return postage must be paid by buyer if item is simply unwanted.
Non delivery should be notified to me within 7 days of expected delivery date. Refund will be made 15 days from expected delivery and a claim made with the post office.

I am a keen user of our local Resource Exchange and will use packaging purchased through them as often as possible.
The Exchange is stocked with materials that companies have rejected and that would have previously gone to land fill. These materials are then available for sale to the public.
Although I cannot undertake to do all of my packaging with Exchange materials I am currently using:
Card (for boxes that standard, one off, paper backs are packaged in), paper, foam packaging, corrugated card boxes and sheets of corrugated card.
All cut-offs and waste generated by my shop is sorted for recycling.
