Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery. If you are not happy with any product please email me first. All products which are returned must be in in original package unopened and will be refunded minus postage and packaging Please obtain proof of postage. Faulty products can be returned directly to me and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with the order number and a description of the fault. If the product is faulty,we will pay for the postage to return it to us.
