A Word About Us
We have worked within the UK and European Car Diagnostics market since 2001 and have built up a wealth of experience and product knowledge. We sell mainly through our website, but have also started listing on auction sites to help generate interest in this relatively new field and market our products to a wider audience.
All information here is the result of our experience and not just copied from someone elses site.
We are honest in our approach to stating what our tools can do and which cars they will work with. Please email if you have any queries.
Shipping Information
Products are shipped from the UK, so NO import duties or taxes when items are delivered.
We ship orders within one working day of receiving cleared Paypal or credit card payments - (Paypal eCheques tend to take one to two weeks to clear).
This product will be shipped either by FedEx 'Next Day' or by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' - both services are next working day delivery services to most of the UK (please see the Royal Mail website for more information on Special Delivery). The longest delivery time is three working days for postcode areas KW16-17 and PH42-44.
Payment Information
Payments can be made by Paypal or by credit / debit card over the phone. (Telephone contact details provided at end of auction)
Failure to pay will result in negative feedback being left and the item being relisted.
We are a UK Limited Company and provide a VAT receipt for the product.
Returns
If you have a problem with your item, please contact us... the products are rarely faulty and many issues can be resolved quickly and easily.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to obtain an RMA number.
If we have stated that this tool will work with your car, either on the auction page or via email contact, and we are proved to be wrong, then we will accept the item returned for a full refund within 7 days of the invoice date.
Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of the invoice date provided that they are returned 'as new' (i.e. unopened and undamaged). We cannot refund postage on such items and the customer must pay for safe carriage of the item back to us.
Any product returned to us must be returned with all associated items originally sent as part of the product and in the same packaging, unless otherwise agreed with Gendan Ltd.
