with the reason for returning goods, and please tell me if you would like a replacement item or a full refund. ( Please bare in mind that some of the items I sell are one of a kind, and in that case you will receive a full refund and not a replacement item unless you see something else on my auction site you would like to replace it with. In that case the replacement item must be of the same value). PLEASE ALSO NOTE: All the goods I sell are checked for damage before despatch, and my Items are all in perfect condition before despatch.
