This Auction is an excellent opportunity to own this very rare and collectable full set of Shell Nature Records from the 1960's , I have listed the record titles below and some of the wonderful bird songs thereon;

What better way to learn or teach our children to accurately identify most of our feathered friends and appreciate our countryside from a very early age to old age.

·                                 Garden & Park Birds ~ Redwing, Dunnock or Hedge Sparrow, Cock Chaffinch, Two cock House Sparrows, That old favorite the Robin, Cock Blackbird, Bramblings, The Song Thrush,  another old favorite the Blue Tit, Nuthatch, Coal Tit, Wood Pidgeon, Mistle Thrush and the Greenfinch.

·                                 Field & Open Countryside Bird ~ A party of Yellowhammers or Yellow Buntings, a trio of Corn Buntings, Cirl Bunting, The Red-legged Partridge or "Frenchman", a pair of common or English Partridges, Magpies, Skylark, Woodlark, Corncrake, Quail, Common Whitethroat and the Lesser Whitethroat.
