All items are made entirely to order Please allow me time to embroider and dispatch your item and a few days for delivery. Normal turnaround is approx 3-5 days but during busy periods (Christmas etc) it could be longer. If you are in a rush for your item please contact me prior to purchase and I will see what I can do. Please note: Remnants of the clear stabiliser used during the embroidery process may still be evident when you receive your item. This will disappear in the first wash. Returns are NOT accepted on personalised items unless the item is found to be faulty upon receipt or a mistake has been made on my part - in which case a Full refund will be given.
