We aim to ship all purchases within three business days (i.e. not including saturdays/sundays) of full cleared payment being received by ourselves, this might be slightly extended at busier times of the year such as christmas.

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused and in original product packaging (unopened) where applicable. A full refund of the product cost will be given on our safe receipt of the item/s. Refunds will not include any shipping and handling costs paid by the buyer during the purchase and return of items.
