Shipping and Delivery:
Shipment is made in 2 - 3 working days after receipt of clear funds.
A tracking number will be issued to you after shipment so you can track the progress of your parcel.
Shipment generally reaches the buyer in 5 to 7 days from the shipment date.
PLEASE NOTE:If the instrument runs out of stock in our UK warehouse it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer at NO extra cost to you and will be delivered in the same time frame of 5 - 7 days from shipment date.
IMPORTANT: If your product arrives damaged :
We take extreme care that your product is well quality checked and approved , properly packaged before despatch so your package is received by you in safe and sound condition. In a very rare case if your package arrives damaged kindly inform us within 24 hours of receipt. This is a strict policy of our courier and WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS your claim of notified to us within 4 hours.
IMPORTANT: To be checked before accepting product :
1. In a rare event if you receive the package in a damage condition kindly do not sign on the Proof of Delivery (POD) as package not checked or just merely sign it instead kindly mention package damaged in the Proof of Delivery (POD) along with your signature. Kindly notify us within 24 hours of this event .
2. If the outer packaging is severely damaged kindly do not sign on the Proof of Delivery (POD) as unchecked and immediately check the product and if the product is damaged too then kindly refuse the delivery and mention in the Proof of Delivery (POD) that package is severely damaged hence package refused to be accepted. Kindly notify us within 24 hours of this event .

24 MONTHS MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:
Under the 24 months manufacturers warranty, if you find a fault after the 20 day guarentee period you can send the product back to us for a free service. All you need to do is send the product back to us along with a chque for the cost of shipping the product back to you. The manufacturer's warranty covers you for the unlikely fault of the manufacturer. Your warranty does not cover your product against wear and tear , general , accidental , cosmectic or malicious damage.
You're highly recommended to insure you're instrument for accidental damage , fire and theft. This can be added to your household contents insurance or there are specialist musical instrument companies who provide insurance cover for musicians who take their instruments on gigs , away to school , tours etc
