A happy seahorse from the Caribbean measuring 15 inches. Made from disused concrete sacks that are treated, moulded, painted and varnished by local craftsmen. She has a hook on her head, and is decorated on both sides - and is just fabulous! These critters are not only cute. They provide a way of recycling metal waste from our Caribbean islands.
