Goods will be sent once payment is received in full. We accept payments through Paypal only, Debit and Credit cards can also be used through the Paypal Checkout.

We always try to despatch goods by the following working day and on the same day if your order and payment are received by noon. However, delivery times are dependant on Royal Mail so please allow 4 business days for delivery and 10 business days for airmail.

Postage discounts are offered on multiple items for UK sales only.

Returns will be accepted if the goods are returned undamaged and in a fully resaleable condition within seven days of receipt.

Sealed items (such as incense or candles) will not be accepted if the seal or packaging is broken. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us, so we recommend using recorded delivery. Please advise us first before returning goods by email.

Postage will not be refunded except for defective items.
