Corgi's superb 1/32 scale Spitfire coded DB, the aircraft of the famous World War two ace, Douglas Bader. AA33903 Certificated no. 2634 of only 4800 issued worldwide. The model is BRAND NEW and in MINT condition, only removed from box for photo. The packaging is also in mint condition. The model features: * Removable engine cover, revealing the incredible Merlin engine. * Sliding cockpit and hinged door with detailed pilot figure. * Removeable gun covers with fitted machine guns. * Moving flaps, rudder, air brakes, ailerons and elevators. * Fully retractable undercarrriage. A very collectable item for the serious collector. Hurricane Ace Douglas Bader took command of the Spitfire IIA Tangmere wing in March 1941. In it he scored 20 and 4 share destroyed, 5 and 1 share probably destroyed and 11 damaged. This is a very rare item. This is your opportunity to add this superb model to your collection.
