Squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content) 250ml milk 2 bananas (peeled) 1 mango and 1 peach 2 tablespoons vanilla yoghurt 2 teaspoons honey Peel and de-stone the mango and peach then slice. Put in a blender, combine milk, banana,mango, peach, yoghurt and honey. Add the tea and blend until smooth.
