Product details
This software will be supplied to you on CD. Orders placed before 1:30pm on a weekday (Monday to Friday) will normally be posted the same day.
We will email you within one working day of your order, with your activation details, and a download link if you want to get up and running before the CD arrives.
As this is a software package, we cannot offer a refund once the activation details have been provided. If you are unsure of compatibility with your interface or car, please email us to confirm before ordering.
ELM interface not included, but we have them available to purchase if you don't already have one - please see our other listings, or email and we will point you towards the relevant pages. (No need to buy the software separately if you wish to buy an interface - the software is supplied with them).
PC requirements
The minimum system requirements for the Gendan EngineCheck software are:
- Desktop, laptop or notebook PC
- Pentium processor (or higher) running at 300MHz (or higher)
- Windows 98SE, 2000, Me, XP or Vista (32-bit)
- Approx. 10MB of hard disk space
- ELM-based diagnostics interface (320, 322, 323, 327)
Auction information
- Payments can be made by Paypal or by credit/debit card over the phone.
- Activation details will be emailed on clearance of funds.
- Failure to pay will result in negative feedback being left and the item being relisted.
- We are a UK Limited Company and will provide a VAT receipt with the product.
Returns
If you have a problem with your item, please email... the products are rarely faulty and many issues can be resolved quickly and easily.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email first to obtain an RMA number.
If we have stated that this tool will work with your car, either on the auction page or via email contact, and we are proved to be wrong, then we will accept the item returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided that they are returned 'as new' (i.e. unopened and undamaged).
Please note for software sales we can only offer a refund if the software has not yet been activated online. Once software unlock codes have been sent to you we cannot offer a refund.
The customer must pay for safe carriage of the item back to us (i.e. a 'signed for' or trackable postage method).
Any product returned to us must be returned with all associated items originally sent as part of the product and in the same packaging, unless otherwise agreed with Gendan Ltd.
