Payment: Payment, in US$, is due within 10 business days of date of invoice and may be remitted by using any of the following methods: Google Checkout, PayPal*, Money Order* (Postal Preferred), Cashier's Check*, Bank & Wire Transfer, Personal Check* (US Buyers Only) and Cash (Local Deliveries).
* Purchases funded by check, including echecks, or non-postal money orders will ship after clearing our bank, usually within ten business days.

Shipping: We ship WORLDWIDE, normally within 1-2 business days of receipt of cleared payment, via USPS Priority Mail for Domestic orders. International customers are asked to contact us to check of available shipping methods and to receive an exact quote of rates based on their geographic location, the nature of the merchandise and the actual shipping method used prior to placing their order or bid.

In addition, all customers should verify that any merchandise purchased may be legally brought of shipped into their respective countries or jurisdictions. All offers are void where prohibited by law.

All Duties, Taxes and Fees resulting from the importation of this merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Florida Residents pay 6.5% sales tax.

Combined shipping is available on most items purchased at the same time and billed on the same invoice. Customers bidding on multiple auction items should contact us prior to remitting payment for any invoiced item of which they wish to combine shipping.

Refunds and Returns:  All merchandise is guaranteed to be as described or your money back.  Customer should contact us within 10 business days of receipt of item to arrange return.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition for a full refund of the invoiced price.

 

Lost or Damaged:  In the event that a purchase is lost or damaged in transit, customer should save all packaging material and contact us immediately.  Customers are expected to cooperate in insurance claim process if necessary.
