Strong cardboard box & lid with metal clips on corners of both box and lid
Possibly used to send a pair of glasses/spectacles through the post?
Measures apx. 16cm long x 7cm wide x 2cm deep
Addressed to Mrs Frith, Sandivale, Forest Road, Cuddington, Northwich
2 x QEII stamps - 3d & 2 1/2d; postmark date unreadable, but I date it to c.1955

Box in good condition, although metal clip missing off one corner of lid.
