Maximum of eight lines, twenty characters in each. If the mug is for a left handed person, let us know and then we can print the image on the other side. The dye sublimation process places the image into the surface, using high temperature and pressure, rather than on it, giving you a long lasting dishwasher and microwave proof finish that you don't get with the cheap transfer mugs.

recyclable box to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
