M I Hummel Miniature Plate
“Apple Tree Girl” - Hum 976
Inspired by the drawings of Sister Maria Innocential Hummel and faithfully re-produced under licence by W Goebel since 1936, when they were introduced at the Leipzig Fair, each Figurine and Plate beautifully captivates differing aspects of Childhood
Although more notably known for their figurines, between 1971 and 1995, Goebel released a series of Annual full-size Ornamental plates. These were later reproduced in a series of 25 popular 3” miniatures
This plate is from the 6th Edition (1995) and is a reproduction of the 1976 Plate motif
On the reverse is the Goebal Bee Backstamp of Authenticity and on the front is the signature of
Sister M. I. Hummel
The condition of the plate is perfect; having only been stored in a display cabinet since new (sorry but the stand is not included) – I do not have the original box but rest assured the plate will be well packaged for it’s Postal Journey
As an avid lifetime collector of Hummel/Goebal - I was bought my first piece for my 16th Birthday - if you have any questions I will be more than happy to answer them
Now for the Nitty Gritty boring (but essential) details:
Payment: Must be made within 4 days. My preferred payment methods are Google Checkout, Bacs or Paypal, however if this is not possible I will accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank (please check before buying) – please allow 5 working days for the payment to clear before dispatch
Non paying Bidders: If payment has not been received within the stipulated 4 days or contact not been made – the item will be relisted and a Non Paying Bidder alert filed with Tazbar
Postage: I will endeavour to ensure all items are posted within 2 days of the successful wining bid – First Class – unless the winning bidder has selected another method. I ALWAYS obtain a proof of posting
Multiple purchases: I will happily combine postage for multiple purchases – please ask, but bear in mind that this will sometimes not be possible due to the nature and size of the packaging required
Returns & Refunds: I will accept returns up to 7 days, but only for valid reasons – If you do encounter any problems or are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately by e-mail to let me sort out the problem amicably
Feedback: I will issue feedback once I know the item has been safely received
Foreign Buyers: The ONLY accepted methods of payment are Google Checkout or Paypal – All items will be despatched by airmail and I will advise you of an anticipated (as stated by Royal Mail) delivery time.
