UK Buyers - I accept cheques, postal orders and PayPal. International Buyers - Sorry, PayPal only.

All items are posted by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, depending on the value. I post Monday to Friday and if I haven't other work commitments I will post on Saturday. However, if you chose to pay by cheque despatch may be delayed until payment has cleared. I can't be held responsible for loss in transit, I do obtain a proof of postage for all items sent. However, I will endeavour to assist where ever possible should a problem occur.

I always leave feedback once I have received it so please remember to leave feedback when you are happy with your purchase. If any aspect of your transaction was unsatisfactory please contact me rather than leave bad feedback. I am happy to resolve any issues.

Customer satisfaction is my highest priority.  I am confident that the item will meet and surpass your expectations.  However, if you are not completely satisfied please inform me within 7 days of receipt.  The item must be received in the same condition I sent it for a refund.  I will refund not refund the cost of posting to you nor the cost to return it unless there is an error on my part.
