All sofas are quality checked prior to leaving
Andante's workshops. They also all have a pre-delivery inspection at
our warehouse prior to distribution. In the unlikely event you inspect
a sofa that is damaged please do not sign for or accept delivery of the
item/s. The delivery driver will notify us immediately. If this was the
case we will contact you straight away to offer you a 100% refund or a
replacement sofa, whichever suits you best.
You may return the sofa/s to us within 7 days from date of delivery.
IMPORTANT: Please note that any sofa/s returned must not have been used
and must be returned to our warehouse in the condition they were
delivered (hence do not sign for or accept a sofa that is damaged). If
a sofa/s is signed for it is deemed received in good condition, we do
not accept goods received, unchecked it is the receivers responsibility
to check the item/s before signing.
Upon receipt of a returned sofa/s the item/s will be inspected.
Providing the goods are in perfect re-saleable conditional a full 100%
refund of the goods will be issued. The cost of delivery can not be
refunded, the cost to return an item/s would be at the buyers expense.
Obviously, in the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged the
delivery cost is fully refundable or if an exchange item is chosen
there is no re-delivery cost to the customer.
Please rest assure we aim to build our business on old fashioned
customer service, at the same time we hope to save you money by
reducing our costs by selling via the internet. 'The Best of the Old
