Winter Oil-Gel hoof care – for better frog protection and enhanced elasticity.

The new hoof grooming gel that supports and maintains the hoof’s natural moisture balance. The regulation of the water and moisture content is one of the primary tasks of hoof grooming, since elasticity and stability of the horn layer are dependent on the hoof’s moisture level.

The hoof is made elastic and strong. The use of an oil-gel formula in hoof care is something new! The advantages: easy application and quick absorption. And: no dripping from the brush during application! The oil gel also keeps its nice smooth consistency all the way from –15C to +45C. Good value indeed!

The elasticity of the hoof is greatly improved through Jojoba oil. Active protection of the frog by means of ethereal oils such as carnation oil, eucalyptus oil and rosemary oil. The oils also serve to stimulate the blood circulation. The oil base both grooms and protects the hoof from moisture loss. The blend of oils also serves as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and circulation enhancing. In this way the hooves are actively protected against bacteria, and the enhanced circulation helps to quickly transport away harmful substances while also increasing the supply of important nutrients.
