Change of mind:
If you feel the product is not to your requirements then you
have seven working days from receiving the item to return it for either an
exchange, for a like product, or a refund.
The product, product packaging/paperwork must be intact and
unblemished.
Before returning a
faulty item, please consult with us first before attempting any return.
For any exchanges then you will also be liable for all postage
costs i.e. for the return of the product to us and for us to supply you with an
exchanged product. Any payments due will need to be paid to us prior to our
return of the like product.
For any refunds then you will be reimbursed the full product
price minus postage/packing cost and Paypal fee from the original sale.
It is highly recommended that you send the item insured as
no exchanges/refunds will be considered in the event of loss in the postal
system.
Faults:
If the product is faulty then you must inform us as soon as
possible i.e. within a reasonable time period.
The fault must be due to ‘dead on arrival’ or normal wear
and tear, therefore, not through abuse or use out of context.

choice of either an exchange or a refund. All costs will be covered by us
including all reasonable costs incurred by you, the customer, in returning the
item.
