Directions for use:
As a food supplement for children and teenagers: one soft-gel capsule twice a day at mealtime. The capsule can also be opened and the contents mixed with foods like yoghurt, salad dressing, fruit juice, milkshake, with fruit or as prescribed by a healthcare practitioner.
