For health and safety reasons mattresses can not be returned after use. (See below for faulty items)
Please ensure you are ordering the correct size as a charge will be incurred to return the item(s) purchased.
Custom size mattresses cannot be returned. (Unless Faulty).
In the event of dissatisfaction of any products you can return them for a refund, returns must be unused and in original packaging. You will be charged for returning the item(s), please note the cost will vary depending on the product - minimum charge £40. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Genuine faulty items under UK distance selling regulations will be eligible for a full refund.

Delivery Terms and Conditions
We use a national courier to dispatch our items to UK Mainland, please see delivery tab below for exceptions. All our items are checked and double packaged before dispatch. Deliveries are Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm),
Only Orders before 12noon will be eligible for next working day.
We will send you an e-mail after purchase, you must reply to this e-mail and choose your delivery day (Monday - Friday), Saturday deliveries are an extra £28.
