Senza
Although the Senza has been designed to help women with period pain (as detailed below) it is a very multi-purpose product.
This flexible pad can also be used on the shoulder (held in place under the bra strap, back, hip, neck or anywhere you have pain or discomfort.
It's also an ideal product for men particularly for the neck, shoulder and back area. The pad can simply be placed your vest or shirt and is held into place by the pads velcro side.
For the other areas it can simply be taped to the skin with medical tape.
The Senza uses 5 neodymium high-quality magnets to ensure the best penetration into tissue and muscle in the tummy area. Using its elongated shape the Senza has been designed to reach deep side muscles that are sometimes forgotten, they are often the trigger point for cramping across the entire pelvic area.
Our tests undertaken in the UK, also showed some women feel discomfort and dragging in the lower back during their period. You can use the pad on your back in the same way. We recommend you try using the Senza a day or two before a period is due to help OFF-SET the discomfort and relax the tissue prior to your period. This has been very successful with many of our users.
