	Published by Shire Postcards (Series 10), this is a set of four postcards featuring cartoons by the famed newspaper cartoonist Bill Tidy. The set was published to mark the Museum Association Conference in 1981. Among the cartoons his infamous charecterisation of Margaret Thatcher also makes an apperance.
