Payment within 7 days of auction end please otherwise an unpaid item dispute will be filed. Please contact me if you have a legitimate reason for not being able to pay within this timescale. Cheques or postal orders should be payable to Kay Mills,please deduct 20p if paying by either of these methods. If paying by cheque or postal order you will be notified once payment has been received, your goods will be sent as soon as your cheque has cleared - allow 5 working days minimum.
Returns accepted for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Postage is only refunded if the item is faulty. Refunds sent only after the return of the item and it has been checked
