· If an item is faulty it must be returned to the correct address with a RETURNS NUMBER (please e-mail dailysalesonline for this address). The item must be unused and in perfect resalable condition. If these points are not met dailysalesonline has the right to refuse a refund. All faulty items must be dispatched for return within 5 days of payment being made. Daily Sales Online - endeavour to sell flags in colours true to the country of origins specifications. (Colour representation on the Web should be regarded as a guide only.) We try if at all possible to show the correct illustration of all our flags. However, please note that some may appear in shape and colour different to the actual flag. · Payment
I prefer payment via Nochex (Debit/Credit NO account needed up to £100), but also accept Personal Cheque, Bankers Draft, Postal Orders and Credit/Debit cards 2.5% Please allow 2/3 working days for cheques to clear. By bidding on this item the winning bidder is agreeing to pay for the item, including delivery, within 5 days of the auction ending.
Shipping
I will despatch within 36 hours (except weekends) of receiving cleared payment. The postage costs also include packaging and handling.
Returns
I am happy to refund or replace any product that falls below the high standard you expect From me If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me in the first instance obtain a returns number and then simply return the item for exchange or refund within 7 days. Items must be in the same condition as when received, with packaging/labels intact.
