BRAND NEW - Limited Edition Steiff Mohair Kanga & Roo
Standing 11"tall, this is one of the finest Kanga & Roo pieces ever created. Made at probably the most famous teddy bear factories in the world,at Geingen in Germany, by Steiff.
Kanga & Roo have been created in the classic style, like the pictures well known from the Winnie the Pooh books, and are exactly how one would imagine them to be! They are fashioned from the finest sandy coloured short mohair.They both have black 'boot button' eyes and Roo has jointed arms. (His head and shoulders are visible only since he is sitting in his Mother's pouch).
In Kanga's left ear in the true Steiff tradition she sports a gold coloured Steiff button and a ticket which in his case is white with red writing. This indicates that she is a limited edition, and the red writing shows that she is a new design never before made by Steiff in this precise way. Printed on the ticket is Kanga & Roo's limited edition number. The edition size is 5,000 world wide and the year in which they were made which was 2002.
They come with a certificate of varification attached to Kanga's left arm.
