This is a moveable plastic figure of Troy Tempest, pilot of the Gerry Anderson submarine Stingray. Made by Matchbox, the figure is a little under 4" tall and has articulated head, legs and arms.
There is some wear to the figure, with dust staining and some small areas where the paint has been scratched off.
