Returns Policy
We offer a UK retail policy similar to GAME if you do not like the game for any reason we are more than willing to give a full refund, for any reason.
This does not include post costs paid on the auction

All Items are fully checked before being dispatch but from time to time during transport problems may occur. Before emailing us follow these simple steps.
1 Take the cartridge and blow hard into the section that is put into the gameboy. This is a very sensitive area of the cartridge even the most tiny amount of dust naked to the human eye can make a game not load on your game boy.
2 If you have done this and your game still does not work put into your game boy a game that you know is working. Switch on your game boy wait for the game to load then switch it off and put in our game. When inserting the game please make sure it is fully inserted into the console.
If it seems your item is faulty not due to damage in the post, we will give you either a 100% refund (not including P&P) or send you a new item next working day.
If you have taken our insurance we will also refund postage fee.
If your item has been damaged in the post and you have taken our insurance then we will either give you a 100% refund (including postage fee) or replace the item.
If your item has been damaged in the post and you have not taken our insurance then we suggest contacting the postal company that delivered the game
We have a 30 days return policy on faulty items.

Royal mail only classes items after 16 working days after receiving them as lost.
Purchases that do not arrive within this time frame are classed by Royal Mail as officially lost. It is Royal Mail who have stipulated this time frame, not us, therefore they will not investigate any possible loss before this time frame. Please bear in mind claims for compensation from Royal Mail can be a lengthy process. You can read this your self on the royal mail web site.
*UK Addresses - 16 working days* from the date of posting
After this time frame, we as the seller will make a claim on behalf of the buyer. This process involves supplying Royal Mail with full details of the transaction, name and address details etc of the buyer together, with details of the item and costs etc.

It is important to note that during Royal Mail’s investigation, they usually ask the buyer to confirm non delivery. If Royal Mail do not get a response from the buyer they will assume the item has been delivered and will not pay compensation to us as the seller, which means we cannot refund the purchase price to the buyer.
Once Royal Mail have received a response from the buyer and have satisfied themselves that the item is officially lost, they will issue a refund to us and we in turn can then refund the buyer. Sadly this whole process is very lengthy and long winded and can take some time, but we have to abide by Royal Mail’s regulations.
