Most of the items offered for auction are previously used / owned. Some,

however, will be newer.

 We try to describe the items to the best our ability and give as full details as 

we can in listings.  Vintage items will possibly have some wear due to

age unless they are described as mint.

Any significant wear, major flaws such as loss of stones, missing clips on jewellery,
snags and marks etc in the case of clothing, other items such as crazing,  chips etc

on pottery and so forth will be clearly mentioned in the listing itself. 
 

We would appreciate payment from buyers to be made within 7 days from end of sale.

Items are normally shipped within 7 working days from payment - often much quicker.

With the excpetion of new items, all sales are final.

 Any new item may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery

so long as it remains in the same condition as sent and in its orginal

packaging. Notification to be made of returns within those 7 days.

 
We will refund the price of the item, less shipping costs, to the purchaser.
If a different size / colour of item is required to replace returned item a further
postage / shipping cost will apply.

 
Refunds in full will only be given if item not as described / faulty,
and only once returned goods are received by us.

Note: With the exception of faulty items, which must be notified to us within

3 days of receipt, we cannot accept the return of any items which

have been opened or used.
