This Trouble Code Reader is designed to work on VW/Audi Group cars with a 16-pin diagnostic socket. This code reader will read/clear codes from the Engine system (this covers engine, powertrain and emissions faults) , Automatic Transmission, Anti-lock braking and airbag systems. This code reader will also connect to CAN-protocol cars (i.e. some models from approx. 2003 on).

Shipping Information

Products are shipped from the UK, so NO import duties or taxes when items are delivered.

We ship orders within one working day of receiving Paypal or credit card payments (please allow 3 working days for cheque payments to clear - Paypal eCheques tend to take one to two weeks to clear).

This product is shipped by First Class Royal Mail 'Signed For' Delivery - if you require guaranteed next working day delivery, please contact us.


Payment Information

Payments can be made by credit/debit card or Paypal. Product shipped on clearance of funds. (PayPal e-cheques typically take 1-2 weeks to clear).

Payments must be made within 10 days of close of auction. Failure to do so, will result in negative feedback being left, and the item being relisted.

We are a UK Limited Company and provide a VAT receipt for the product.


Returns

If you have a problem with your item, please email... the products are rarely faulty and many issues can be resolved quickly and easily.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email first.

If we have stated that this tool will work with your car, either on the auction page or via email contact, and we are proved to be wrong, then we will accept the item returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.

Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided that they are returned 'as new' (i.e. unopened and undamaged). We cannot refund postage on such items and the customer must pay for safe carriage of the item back to us.

Any product returned to us must be returned with all associated items originally sent as part of the product and in the same packaging, unless otherwise agreed with Gendan Ltd.
