A Word About Us
We have worked within the UK and European Car Diagnostics market since 2001 and have built up a wealth of experience and product knowledge. We sell mainly through our website, but also list on some auction sites to help generate interest in this relatively new field and market our products to a wider audience.
All information here is the result of our experience and not just copied from someone elses site.
We are honest in our approach to stating what our tools can do and which cars they will work with. Please email if you have any queries.
Shipping Information
Products are shipped from the UK, so NO import duties or taxes when items are delivered.
We ship orders within one working day of receiving cleared Paypal or credit card payments - (Paypal eCheques tend to take one to two weeks to clear).
Orders received before 2.00 p.m. will usually be shipped same working day (Monday to Friday).
Depending on your selection, this product will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' post. In most cases this will arrive the next working day, but if you require guaranteed next working day delivery please contact us.
Payment Information
Payments can be made by Paypal, credit/debit card over the phone or cheque. Product shipped on clearance of funds.
Payments must be made within 10 days of close of auction. Failure to do so, will result in negative feedback being left, and the item being relisted.
We are a UK Limited Company and provide a VAT receipt for the product.
Returns
If you have a problem with your item, please email... the products are rarely faulty and many issues can be resolved quickly and easily.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email first.
Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided that they are returned 'as new' (i.e. unopened and undamaged). The customer must pay for safe carriage of the item back to us (i.e. a 'signed for' or trackable postage method). We are unable to refund our P&P costs on unwanted items.
Any product returned to us must be returned with all associated items originally sent as part of the product and in the same packaging, unless otherwise agreed with Gendan Ltd.
