VauxCheck
VauxCheck is software that will help you read fault information from your Vauxhall or Opel car engine.
Together with an ELM327 interface, it is designed for use with most Vauxhall or Opel cars from approx 1997 to 2003 (both petrol and diesel models). The ELM interface is not provided, but available to purchase if you don't already have one (see below).

Package contains
- VauxCheck software on CD (orders placed before 1:30pm Monday-Friday will normally be shipped the same working day)
- We will email you within one working day of your order, with your activation details, and a download link if you want to get up and running before the CD arrives.
As this is a software package, we cannot offer a refund once the activation codes have been provided. If you are unsure of compatibility with your interface or car, please email us to confirm before ordering.
ELM327 interface not included, but we have them available to purchase if you don't already have one - please see below or email and we will point you towards the relevant pages.

Can using the software harm my car?
No. The software uses industry-standard queries for engine diagnostics. The package is primarily only asking the on-board computer for information, so it cannot affect running of the car.
What about updates?
This is a developing package - we're hoping to add many more features. Updates will be free for VauxCheck customers.

Shipping Information
Orders placed before 1:30pm on a weekday (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped the same day. There are a variety of postal options available on the listing.
Payment Information
Payments can be made by Paypal, or by credit/debit card over the phone.
Failure to pay will result in negative feedback being left and the item being relisted.
We are a UK Limited Company and provide a VAT receipt for the product.
Returns
If you have a problem with the software, please email... many issues can be resolved quickly and easily.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email first to obtain an RMA number.
If we have stated that this tool will work with your car, either on the auction page or via email contact, and we are proved to be wrong, then we will accept the item returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided that they are returned 'as new' (i.e. unopened and undamaged).
Please note for software sales we can only offer a refund if the software has not yet been activated online. Once software unlock codes have been sent to you we cannot offer a refund.
The customer must pay for safe carriage of the item back to us (i.e. a 'signed for' or trackable postage method).
Any product returned to us must be returned with all associated items originally sent as part of the product and in the same packaging, unless otherwise agreed with Gendan Ltd.
