This is the 1969 hardback edition of Whitaker's Almanac. Over 1200 pages packed with all the information you expect of the Almanac, a fascinating look into the world of facts and figures circa 1969! 16 pages of black & white photographs including pictures of events in 1968, such as the Russian invasion of Czechoslovakia, the assassinations of Robert Kennedy and Martin Luthor King and major floods in south-east England.
This book is in excellent overall condition. The spine and boards are undamaged, all pages are attached and are only browning at the edges. There is a pencilled inscription on the opening (advertisement) page and a small scuff mark on the inside back cover with two tiny pieces of sellotape adhering. Otherwise it's a beauty!
I have many more books on a wide variety of subjects, fiction and non-fiction, in my other Tazbar adverts. I can combine postage costs on multiple purchases.
