Returns

I must be notified within 48 hours of customer receiving items. Exchanges are welcome providing your desired size is in stock.

I am a dropshippper and work with a long time trusted supplier. Footwear returns will need a form [which I provide via email] to accompany the unused item and in its original packaging to be sent direct to my supplier via Recorded Delivery. This way, we can claim with Royal Mail if there are any problems while the parcel is enroute. ***BUT FOR THIS ITEM, I HAVE IT PERSONALLY AND WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY FROM ME.****

The clothing is send directly by me as I have them in stock. Should I have anything else, other than clothing, in stock, it will be noted on the relevant auction.
