Payment from UK buyers - direct card payment, cheque, P/O, Google Checkout, Pay-pal, PPPay or collection in person during shop hours.
Items normally shipped within 7 working days from payment.
Please allow 5 working days from acknowledgement of receipt for cheque clearance. Items will NOT be posted until payment has cleared.

Postage Discount

Postage discounts are available when purchasing more than one item being shipped to a single address
within a five day period if they are paid via a combined invoice.
If the items are paid for separately, they will be dispatched separately and no discount will be given.
If you are looking to purchase more than one item or are unsure how to combine the items for
payment please contact us after making your purchases for a combined postage invoice.

Returns and Refunds

Any item may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery so long as it remains unsoiled and in the same condition as sent and in its original packaging. Notification to be made of returns within those 7 days. We will refund the price of the item, less shipping costs, to the purchaser.

If a different size / colour of item is required to replace returned item a further postage / shipping cost will apply.

Refunds in full will only be given if item not as described / shipping error / faulty, and only once returned goods are received by us.

Any item being returned shall remain the the responsibility of the sender until they are received by us. We therefore recommend that they are sent by a registered or traceable method.

We cannot accept the return of any items which have been opened and used. This includes riding hats and rugs. Health & Safety Act 1972.

Note:

Faulty goods that are being returned under complaint must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt and will not be accepted unless clean and dry.

	We accept Google Checkout, Paypal, PPPay, UK Cheque / Postal Order as a payment method on all of our items. If your are local, collection in person during Shop Opening Hours also welcome. We can also take payment direct at our shop via our Streamline Terminal. We offer combined P&P based on weight and size of parcel on all multiple purchases shipped to the same address whenever possible. Please ask for Combined Invoice once you have finished shopping.

Welcome To Cumbrian Rider Saddlery

We are a family run Equestrian & Pet Retail Business established in September 2005.

We are based in Frizington, Nr. Whitehaven, Cumbria on the A5086 and are open 6 days a week, including Sundays (closed on Wednesdays)

Cumbrian Rider Saddlery Shop

We offer a wide range of good quality new and secondhand items for both the horse and rider.

With all of our items we try to offer quality products at value for money prices and value our service to our customers. We are able to offer everything from everyday items through to many leading brand names.

We also try to offer a wide variety of cat, dog and small pet products.

It is impossible to list everything we physically stock in the Shop or products that we can order,
so if you can't see what you want, please ask. We will either have it in stock already at the Shop or be
able get it for you AND beat it on price elsewhere.

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Google Checkout, Paypal, PPPay and
Direct Card Payment via our card terminal at the shop. We also do not charge extra for using Paypal.

We try and remain very competitive on postage and packing on all Mail Order / Internet sales.
We offer combined postage and packing for multiple purchases based on weight and size of packages
rather than per item, hence, saving your even more money.

We always try to ensure that our items are suitably packaged too in order to allow them to reach you in perfect condition.

All of our items advertised on the Internet, unless stated otherwise, are in stock at time of listing, and will normally be dispatched within 7 working days. If you need it faster just let us know and we will see what we can do.

As we are an actual Retail Shop (not just a Virtual Internet Shop) trading 6 days a week, very occasionally an item may become out of stock and need to be re-ordered. If this happens we will endeavor to get it to you just as soon as our own supplier orders come in - usually within 3 working days. We will let you know if this happens and an expected delivery time.
