Cancelling and Retracting Bids.
A seller can cancel a buyers bid at anytime during an auction. When a
seller cancels a buyers bids all bids by that buyer will be removed from the
auction.
A seller cannot cancel a 'Buy now' bid.
A buyer can retract a bid within 30 minutes of placing it to help correct
any mistakes.
A buyer can not retract a bid after 30 minutes of placing it or in the
last 30 minutes of an auction.
If a buyer wishes to have a bid removed from a live auction after the 30
minute period they must contact the seller via the "Ask seller a Question"
facility and ask if the seller would cancel the bid for them. This is left to
the discretion of the seller.
To cancel or retract bids go to the auction page when logged in and select
the "Bidding History" option on the left of the screen. The cancel or retract
facility will be shown in the top information box.
