Ending an Item Early.
There are occasions when you may need to end an auction early. This may be
due to breakages or loss of the item or at the request of a buyer, with your
agreement, to end an auction early at their bid price. There are three ways
to end your item early. When you choose to do this you will be given the
option to cancel all bids or sell the item to the current highest bidder.
When logged in if you go to the auction advert page you will see an "End
item early" button at the bottom of the first information section.
You can also end an item early by selecting "End item early" from the drop
down box on the right of your Control Panel > Active Adverts screen. If
you wish to end a number of items early place a tick in the box on the right
hand side of the Active Adverts screen for the selected items. Then select
"End selected Items early" from the Batch Operations box at the bottom of the
screen.
Ending All Items Early.
There may be occasions when you need to end all of your items early. This
may be in the case of a personal emergency, a large loss of stock or in the
case of drop shipping sellers, the change of supplier. To do this go to your
Control Panel Active adverts screen and select "End All Items Early" from the
drop down box at the bottom of the page in Batch Operations.
