Postage Discounts

You can edit or apply postage in a number of different ways using your control panel.

When you use the Control Panel invoice system you have the option to change the postage cost to allow for combined or special postage prices. When submitted these new costs will be sent to the buyer. For more information see Editing and Sending Invoices.

If you have set postage charges that you regularly use you can enter these in your Account Details > Selling Preferences screen.

This screen allows you to enter the postage costs for different regions of the world. It also allows you to add an additional item cost. Once you have entered your postage costs please click "save" at the bottom right of the screen.

If you enter an amount for additional items, this will override the postage settings for a multiple item purchase.

Example: If the first item postage is £4.00 and additional item postage is £1.00.

A buyer purchases 4 of the item, the total postage will be:

1 x £4.00 + 3 x £1.00 = £7.00
