Rules.
• The prize draw entry period ends at 12.00 midnight (GMT) on the 31st October 2007. The draw will take place on 1st November 2007.
• The prize is a Sony Nav-u Satellite Navigation System loaded with UK software.
Members may enter as many times as they wish.
• Tazbar may confirm and take verification checks that the member introduced by the winner is genuine and not an existing member. Introductions to existing members in order to gain extra entries into the competition will be excluded from the draw.
• To be eligible to enter the draw the introduced account cannot be controlled by, opened by or belong to the member whose username is entered into the promotional box.
• Members opening further accounts themselves and entering their own username into the promotional box will be disqualified from the draw.
• Multiple registrations by the same introduced member will not count as further entries into the draw for the entrant. Only the first registration by a unique individual will be counted as an entry.
• The winner will be informed by email and announced on the Tazbar “news” page. The winner must reply to the email within 14 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the prize.
• Purchases that result in extra entries into the prize draw may be verified to ensure they are genuine and are completed.
• You are allowed to sell items via Tazbar to the people that you introduce. However sales to members introduced by yourself will not entitle you to the 3 bonus prize draw entries.
