Reporting Spam or Spoof emails
Definition of Spam:
To indiscriminately send unsolicited, unwanted, irrelevant, or
inappropriate messages, especially commercial advertising in mass
quantities.
Spam activity isn't just within emails. Spam activity can take place on
forums, via the personal message system on the forum and via Ask Seller a
Question facility.
Spoof email:
An email designed to look as though it has come from Tazbar. These emails
are also referred to as phishing or hoax emails.
There best way to recognise an email from Tazbar is when an official email
is sent to you it will include both your user ID and full name. This
information is not available to any member who has not transacted with you,
therefore eliminating the mass reproduction of a spoof or spam email.
Don't trust the email address alone as this can be replicated.
If an email asks you to provide personal details such as login information
or bank details it will not be from Tazbar.
Any instruction emails sent by Tazbar will include your User ID and full
name.
If you receive an email with a link included that doesn't contain this
personal information log into your account in the normal way at
www.tazbar.com and not via the link offered. Once logged in perform the
requested activity. If you find that the requested activity is none existent
please contact support@tazbar.net.

investigation.
